At Syeeds Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we proudly provide Free Returns. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you have the flexibility to return eligible items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please review our return policy below to ensure your return qualifies.

  1. Eligible Items - To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that have been altered, damaged, or missing features or accessories are not eligible for return.

  2. Non-Eligible Items - The following items are not eligible for return: a. Items marked as final sale; b. Accessories such as jewelry, hijabs, and scarves due to hygiene reasons; c. Customized or personalized items.

  3. Return Process - To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us to request a return authorization number (RA#). Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
    2. Once you receive your RA#, pack the items securely in the original packaging and include your RA# on the outside of the package.
    3. We will provide you with a free return shipping label to ship the items back to us.
    4. Ship the package back to us using the provided return shipping label. Please note that we can only offer one free return shipping label per order.
    5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.


  4. Refund Amount - The refund amount will equal the purchase price of the returned item(s), including the shipping amount charged, less any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

  5. Processing Time -Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. Refunds may take 2-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  6. Exchanges - At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item(s) and place a new order on our website.
