DO YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL RETAIL OPERATIONS?

No, Syeeds Boutique is solely an online operation as of today.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE WITH YOU?

Our website uses worldwide standard SSL encryption technology to secure customers' experience. The ‘Lock’ icon on most web browser's address bar indicates that you’re visiting a safe, secure site. We use Shopify and PayPal, world-renowned Payment Gateway, to process your payment information. Credit card information is always encrypted and not available to us.

WHAT TYPE OF FABRIC AND MATERIAL DO YOU USE?

We do not have enough garment companies, boutiques, and fashion houses in the USA to produce and meet the demand of its large Muslim community. Hence, Syeeds Boutique imports all of its modest dresses from worldwide.

First, while selecting, we prioritize the design that follows the sunnah code in any given environment. Secondly, we ensure the dresses will be breathable, comfortable, and easy to wear. Lastly, we always strive to offer you the best affordable deal.

 


 

Choosing Right Size

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Following your regular US-Size guide is an easy way to find the perfect fit for our collections. For women, the abaya dress usually falls under 6-14 US-Size. Yet, we encourage you to look at the measurement for the specific item since every item may vary due to its design and material. If you are unsure and need assistance, please drop us a note with your body measurement. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

IS ALTERATION OR HEM AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any kind of alteration to the garments.

WHAT IF THE ITEM DOESN’T FIT ME?

You may return the item with the original tag attached if you need to exchange it for a different size. We charge both-way shipping costs, including the item returning to us and having us ship the new item.

 


 

Orders and Returns

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Select your desired size and color (if applicable) and add the items to the cart. Tap (on mobile devices) or click ‘Checkout.’ Fill out the necessary information, including your name, shipping address, billing information, and if there is any shipping instruction. Follow the prompt on your screen to complete the checkout process and place your order with Syeeds Boutique. Contact us if you need assistance.

WHAT IS OUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

We ship all orders in 24 hours. If you place your order before 2 PM (EST), we will ship it the same day. Any orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next day. Some exceptions are holidays, special occasions, and severe weather conditions.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ORDER?

Reply to us from your order confirmation email with the desired update information. You will be more than happy to update your order if your order is yet to ship.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancel your order at any time. Feel free to let us know if, for any reason, you do not wish to continue with your order. We will issue a 100% refund if the item is unshipped.

We will only issue you the item price if you want to cancel the order after shipping. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION

We send an email confirmation after you complete an order. You should be able to see it in your inbox immediately after placing the order. For any reason, if you don’t see it, please check your spam folder and mark it as safe to continue to receive our email directly in your inbox. Worldwide shipping has yet to be available at Syeeds Boutique.

I LIVE IN NEW YORK - CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Local pick-up is not available.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send an email with tracking info once we ship your order. Track your order anytime by clicking the link in the email to view the order status. If you notice anything unusual, kindly let us know.
